Communicate.

Before starting any project, we take time to clarify the best ways to communicate with our clients. Whether by phone, fax, or FedEx, we take careful note of what those choices are, and assign a dedicated communications manager to keep in continual contact with them for the life of that particular project. We believe that most all problems related to any given production can be eliminated by good old-fashioned proactive communication.

Explore.

After the communication channels are opened, we begin the process of exploring. We explore the subject. We explore the audience. We explore the medium. We understand that fact to an engineer, may be fiction to a soccer mom. We take the time to understand the “apparent reality” of the subject according to the intended audience. Many times this reality is the same to both the audience and messenger. Often times it isn’t. We make sure to develop a roadmap that helps to present the subject matter in a way that resonates with the intended audience. Connecting with the client is, after all, why we communicate.

Develop.

After we study the subject, the audience, and the intended communications medium, we design a structure to help deliver the message. We look for creative parallel’s to help illustrate the ideas behind the message. We look for themes, ideas, and motifs that help form the base of a compelling story; A story that fascinates viewers and invites their minds to explore the message. Around this story we write, and re-write, and write once more. This carefully crafted script becomes the foundation to your communications masterpiece.

Produce.

Once armed with the script, we gather the necessary talent and tools to put the piece together. We draw from some of the Northwest’s most respected talent pool of artists, craftsmen, and technicians to capture your message in the shoot. Much of that talent comes from within funnelbox. Some comes from outside the organization. Regardless, the production is managed and overseen by experienced producers dedicated to telling your story in the most compelling way possible. Once shot, the motion picture is edited and any titles, effects, and audio are added at the funnelbox studio. All of the necessary equipment and facilities reside in-house, thus ensuring a smooth workflow to completion, and seamless communication between talent, project managers, and our clients.

Deliver.

Once all reviews and modifications are complete, we communicate with you to deliver the finished product on your chosen medium. Often times its in the form of a Beta SP master. Sometimes DVD. Which ever medium you choose, we master the project to broadcast specifications and deliver it to you on time and within budget.
